Small Jet Crashes Into New Jersey Lake During Air Show Weekend
A small jet aircraft plunged into Green Turtle Lake in West Milford, New Jersey, on Saturday evening, though the pilot emerged from the incident without injury.
The West Milford Police Department dispatched emergency responders to the scene following reports of the aircraft landing in the water. The Federal Aviation Administration has identified the craft as a SubSonex JSX-2 jet, which went down at approximately 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
